How we handle your information

Everything you share on this site is held by the Wentworth Supporters Group — an independent volunteer group of One Nation supporters in the Wentworth electorate. Questions, requests, or concerns: hello@wentworthsupporters.au.

Your details are held securely by the Wentworth Supporters Group. They are not provided to One Nation or anyone else without your consent.

The pulse box (home page): the comment you type, an optional email address, and a hashed version of your IP address and browser details (to stop spam). It does not create a member record.

The interest forms (home page and /get-involved): your name, a contact detail, an optional suburb or postcode, the teams you tick, an optional membership status, and any note you add.

The supporters survey: what you choose to share in the conversation — your profile, your priorities, and, only where you expressly agree at the moment it is asked, your street address or story details. Nothing sensitive is collected without its own consent step.

Sign-in: your email or mobile number and the one-time codes we send to confirm it is you.

Cookies: a single remember-me sign-in cookie so returning members skip the email round-trip. No advertising cookies.

Contact details are encrypted at rest, identifiers used for spam protection are hashed, and access is limited to the group’s three coordinators. We use trusted service providers to run the site: Resend (email delivery), ClickSend (SMS), Supabase (secure hosting of the database), and PostHog (privacy-respecting usage analytics). Some providers may process data outside Australia to deliver messages.

We keep your information only while it is useful for the group’s volunteer work. You can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@wentworthsupporters.au and we will sort it out promptly.
